Your Key Responsibilities

2. Monitoring Logistics Operations
You will actively oversee all logistics and specie runs, ensuring that operations are executed as planned.
This includes:
- Tracking route execution and verifying that all vehicles follow planned routes
- Monitoring deviations such as delays, distance discrepancies, or route changes
- Ensuring all routes depart on time and escalating any delays immediately
- Adjusting geo-fencing systems to improve route efficiency and accuracy
3. Risk Management & Incident Reporting
In a high-security logistics environment, risk awareness is critical. You will work closely with the Risk Department to ensure all incidents are handled professionally and promptly.
Your duties will include:
- Reporting incidents immediately to relevant managers
- Recording all panic activations with precise time and location details
- Supporting business continuity plans during disruptions
- Gathering and sharing accurate incident information with stakeholders
This aspect of the role ensures safety, compliance, and operational continuity.
4. Ensuring SLA Compliance
Meeting service level agreements is a top priority. You will help ensure that all client commitments are fulfilled efficiently.
You will:
- Inform clients in advance about delivery and collection times
- Monitor turnaround times and recommend improvements
- Track delivery targets and escalate any performance issues
- Identify process delays and suggest corrective actions
Your insights will directly contribute to improved service delivery and customer satisfaction.
5. Equipment & System Monitoring
To keep operations running smoothly, you’ll need to ensure that all control room systems and equipment are functioning properly.
Responsibilities include:
- Verifying that all systems are operational at the start of each shift
