About the Fitter Learnership Programme

Fitter Learnership (3 positions available) is designed to provide a balance of theoretical knowledge and hands-on training. This programme follows the 18.2 unemployed learnership model, targeting individuals who are currently unemployed and seeking career development opportunities.

Participants will gain exposure to real engineering environments while working alongside experienced professionals.

What You Will Learn as a Fitter
