CCT Controller
Role Outline:
The CCT Controller plays a pivotal and highly responsible role within our operational framework, serving as the central orchestrator for the precise and efficient movement of goods and our fleet of vehicles and trucks. This crucial position is dedicated to ensuring timely, safe, and ultimately, efficient delivery by meticulously executing the entire planning process in an end-to-end manner. This encompasses every critical stage, from the initial loading of goods at the dispatch point to their final, successful offloading at the destination.
More than just a planner, the CCT Controller is instrumental in ensuring and actively executing the efficient and seamless flow of goods through our extensive network. This involves proactive monitoring, real-time decision-making, and expert problem-solving to overcome any logistical challenges that may arise. Furthermore, this role provides essential and comprehensive operational support to a wide range of key stakeholders. This includes offering direct assistance and guidance to our dedicated drivers, serving as a primary point of contact for our valued clients, and collaborating effectively with various internal stakeholders to maintain the consistently high standards of service excellence that define DHL.
