- Daily Operations: Take full ownership of the day-to-day running, monitoring, and optimization of all our active social media channels, ensuring a vibrant and active presence.

3. Campaigns & Paid Media: Driving Measurable Growth
- Campaign Lifecycle Management: Skillfully plan, execute, monitor, and manage the full lifecycle of social media ad campaigns across various platforms, from initial strategy and audience targeting to ad creation and performance analysis.
- Budget Mastery: Meticulously oversee and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, tracking spend against objectives, and optimizing for maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Results-Oriented Delivery: Commit to delivering quantifiable and measurable results that directly align with and contribute to overarching brand goals, such as lead generation, website traffic, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
4. Analytics & Reporting: The Science of Social Success

- Short-Form Video Expertise: Confidently create, shoot (where applicable), and edit engaging short-form video content specifically optimized for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), understanding the unique demands of each.
- Trend Savvy: Stay rigorously up-to-date with emerging trends in social video content, new platform features, algorithm changes, and best practices, proactively integrating these insights into our content strategy to maintain a cutting-edge presence.
Requirements: Your Foundation for Success
- Proven Experience: A solid 3–4 years of dedicated and progressive experience in social media management, demonstrating a track record of successful campaign execution, community growth, and measurable results.
- Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with major social media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, including their respective analytics tools and ad managers.
- Content Creation Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to craft engaging and brand-consistent copy. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush) is highly advantageous.

A significant part of this role will involve the hands-on experience of managing social ad campaigns from conception to execution. This includes the strategic allocation of budgets across various platforms, meticulous monitoring of campaign performance, and the generation of insightful reports that inform future strategies and demonstrate return on investment. You’ll be expected to optimize campaigns continuously to achieve key performance indicators and maximize our reach.
Possessing strong analytical skills is paramount, as you’ll be responsible for dissecting complex data, identifying trends, and translating these insights into actionable strategies. Equally important are excellent presentation skills, enabling you to effectively communicate your findings, recommendations, and campaign performance to internal stakeholders and team members in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Furthermore, hands-on video production and editing experience is absolutely essential for this position. We are looking for someone who can not only conceptualize compelling video content but also execute it from filming through to post-production, including editing, sound design, and motion graphics. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse video work will be a significant advantage.
