As an Education Leader specializing in Psychometry, your role will be multifaceted and deeply impactful, encompassing a range of responsibilities crucial to our students’ success and the continued growth of Genius Premium Tuition:

• Conducting Genius META Assessments and Crafting Insightful Reports: You will be instrumental in administering our proprietary Genius META assessments, a sophisticated suite of tools designed to provide in-depth insights into a student’s cognitive abilities, learning styles, strengths, and areas for development. Following these assessments, you will meticulously analyze the data and synthesize your findings into detailed, comprehensive reports. These reports are not merely diagnostic; they serve as foundational blueprints, guiding the creation of highly individualized and effective educational programs. Your ability to translate complex psychometric data into actionable recommendations will be paramount.
• Designing Bespoke Educational Programmes for Students: Armed with the insights gleaned from the META assessments, you will take the lead in designing and tailoring personalized educational programmes for each student. This involves a thoughtful consideration of their academic goals, learning preferences, and any specific challenges they may face. You will collaborate closely with students, parents, and our network of expert tutors to ensure these programmes are dynamic, engaging, and precisely aligned with their unique needs, fostering academic excellence and personal growth.
• Strategic Networking & Relationship Building within the Education Industry: A key aspect of this role involves cultivating and nurturing strategic relationships with vital stakeholders across the education industry. This includes forging strong connections with teachers in various schools, collaborating with educational psychologists to ensure a comprehensive support system for our students, and engaging with other relevant professionals. Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and advocate for our students’ best interests will be crucial in expanding our network and enhancing our holistic support system.
• Hosting Essential Progress Reviews and Supportive Meetings with Parents: You will serve as a primary point of contact for parents, conducting regular and insightful progress reviews. Remuneration – Rewarding Expertise and Performance:

You will earn a basic salary of R24,000 per month after successfully completing your initial training period.
