As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the educational journey of our students. Your responsibilities will be multifaceted and deeply impactful, offering a rich and rewarding experience:
- Fostering Inclusive Learning Environments: You will have unique opportunities to work with a diverse student body, encompassing both neurodiverse and neurotypical learners. This will involve applying your psychological understanding to adapt teaching methodologies and create supportive learning environments tailored to individual needs, promoting a sense of belonging and academic success for all.
- Mastering the Genius META Assessments: You will be trained to expertly conduct our proprietary Genius META assessments. These cutting-edge diagnostic tools are at the heart of our individualized approach, providing deep insights into a student’s learning profile, cognitive strengths, and areas for development. Your ability to interpret and utilize these assessments will directly inform the design of highly effective educational pathways.
- Designing and Overseeing Bespoke Educational Programmes: Leveraging the insights from META assessments and your psychological expertise, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and overseeing personalized educational programmes for our students. This involves crafting curricula, selecting appropriate resources, and continuously monitoring progress to ensure optimal learning outcomes. Your creativity and analytical skills will be crucial in tailoring these programmes to foster academic excellence and personal growth.
- Collaborative Care and Integrated Support: A cornerstone of the Genius philosophy is a collaborative approach to student well-being. You will work closely and seamlessly with students’ psychologists and dedicated support teams, ensuring a cohesive and integrated support system. This interdisciplinary collaboration allows for a truly holistic understanding of each student, addressing both their academic and emotional needs.
- Building Strong Parental Partnerships: You will regularly host progress reviews and crucial support meetings with parents. Remuneration & Application Process
We believe in recognizing talent and dedication. Successful candidates will earn a guaranteed minimum remuneration of R24,000 per month after completing our comprehensive training program. The full salary scale for this position ranges from R24,000.00 to R35,000.00 per month, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and performance.
