Experienced Lash Technician (Full-Time)

We are currently looking for a dedicated and talented individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time Lash Technician.

Key Requirements and Desired Qualifications:

1. Proven Professional Experience: The successful applicant must possess a minimum of one (1) year of verifiable, hands-on experience working as a Lash Technician within a professional salon or studio setting. This experience should demonstrate a consistent ability to perform lash services to a high standard and a familiarity with salon protocols and client management. We value practical expertise and a track record of delivering beautiful, long-lasting results.
2. Mastery of Diverse Lash Techniques: We require a Lash Technician who is proficient and experienced in applying a comprehensive range of lash extension techniques. This includes, but is not limited to:
   • Classic Lashes: The meticulous application of a single extension to a single natural lash, creating a natural enhancement.
   • Hybrid Lashes: A versatile blend of classic and volume techniques, offering a textured and fuller look.
   • Volume Lashes (including Russian Volume): The advanced application of multiple ultra-fine extensions fanned out and applied to a single natural lash, achieving dramatic fullness and density.
     Candidates should be able to expertly assess client eye shapes, natural lash health, and desired outcomes to recommend and execute the most suitable technique.
3. Exceptional Client Service and Professionalism: At our salon, client satisfaction is paramount. We are looking for an individual with an impeccable customer service track record, demonstrating a genuine ability to build rapport, listen attentively to client needs, and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience from consultation to aftercare. Furthermore, candidates must be:
   • Punctual: Consistently arriving on time for shifts and appointments, respecting both client and team schedules.
   • Presentable: Maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to salon dress codes, and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
   • Team-Oriented: A proactive and collaborative team player who communicates effectively, supports colleagues, and contributes positively to our salon’s vibrant atmosphere. We believe in fostering a harmonious and cooperative work environment.
4. Immediate Availability: We are looking to fill this position promptly to meet client demand. Therefore, applicants must be able to commence employment immediately upon successful completion of the interview process and background checks. 5. Practical Interview Process – Be Prepared: Our interview process is designed to thoroughly assess your practical skills and technique. Candidates selected for an interview will be required to bring a live model for a hands-on practical assessment. This allows us to observe your application methods, speed, precision, and client interaction in a real-world setting. Detailed instructions regarding the practical assessment will be provided to shortlisted candidates.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with consistent hours, ensuring a stable and predictable schedule:

• Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (17:30)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (16:00)
  We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, offering a well-deserved two-day weekend.
