The Opportunity: General Worker – A Core Role in Our Supply Chain

As a General Worker at Premier FMCG, you will play an indispensable role at the heart of our supply chain and distribution operations. Your primary purpose will be to ensure the seamless and precise movement of our valuable products from storage to dispatch. This critical function directly impacts our ability to meet customer demands, maintain product integrity, and uphold our promise of timely delivery. Specifically, you will be responsible for the meticulous and correct picking of products as per picking slip, ensuring that each item corresponds exactly to the order requirements. Following this, you will meticulously stage these products in the designated checking lane, preparing them for the final verification process. Finally, you will be entrusted with the crucial task of sealing or wrapping same once the product is thoroughly checked, guaranteeing secure transit and preventing any damage or tampering. Your attention to detail and efficiency in these processes are paramount to our operational success.

You will actively contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness within your work area and the broader warehouse environment, ensuring that tools, equipment, and products are stored appropriately.
• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Consistency is key in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will diligently follow all established SOPs for picking, staging, wrapping, and any other relevant warehouse operations, ensuring uniformity and quality across all processes. Experience Requirements: Practical Expertise

• Minimum 1–2 Years’ Experience in a Warehouse Environment: We are looking for individuals who have practical, hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehousing or logistics setting. This experience will enable you to quickly adapt to our operational demands, understand warehouse flow, and contribute effectively from day one.
