Key Responsibilities Will Include (but are not limited to):
- Performing comprehensive diagnostics on desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals to identify hardware and software issues.
- Executing repairs, including component replacement, upgrades, and system rebuilds.
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.) and various software applications.
- Conducting virus removal, data recovery, and system optimization.
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers, explaining complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Assembling custom-built PCs according to customer specifications.
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer hardware and software technology.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Potentially assisting with on-site support and installations at customer premises, depending on business needs.
We’re Looking for Candidates Who Possess:
- A Valid Driver’s License (Essential): This is a non-negotiable requirement due to the potential need for on-site client visits and inter-branch support. You must be able to reliably commute.
- Immediate Availability: We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, so candidates who can start promptly will be given preference.
- A+ and N+ Certifications (Advantageous): While not strictly mandatory, candidates holding these industry-recognized certifications demonstrate a strong foundational knowledge in IT hardware and networking, making them highly desirable. Please highlight these if you possess them.
- Strong IT Hardware & Software Knowledge: You should have a deep understanding of PC components, their functions, and how they interact. This includes processors, motherboards, RAM, storage devices (HDDs/SSDs), graphics cards, power supplies, and various peripherals. Furthermore, proficiency in operating systems, common software suites, and troubleshooting software conflicts is crucial.
- Previous Work Experience (Advantageous): While we are looking for a minimum of 1 year of IT technical experience, candidates with a proven track record in a similar role will stand out. Please detail your relevant experience in your application.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Education: A High School Certificate (Matric) is a Required minimum qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of practical IT Technical experience is Required.
- License/Certification: A valid Driver’s License is Required.
