- Academic Pursuit: Actively studying towards a B.Ed Foundation Phase degree. This shows your commitment to a career in education and provides you with the theoretical knowledge to complement practical classroom experience. - Relevant Experience: Demonstrated relevant experience in a similar position within an educational setting. This could include roles such as a teaching assistant, classroom aide, daycare assistant, or similar support positions that have provided you with hands-on experience in a learning environment with young children.
- Practical Experience Depth: A proven track record of 1 to 3 years’ experience in a comparable role. This ensures you have a foundational understanding of classroom dynamics, child development, and effective support strategies.

Please allow me to elaborate on the recent changes regarding access to the system. Effective immediately, there will be a temporary suspension of access for new applications and reactivations for a period of 30 days. This measure has become regrettably necessary due to a significant and sustained increase in the number of individuals engaging in activities that constitute an abuse of the system’s intended purpose.
While we understand that this temporary restriction may cause inconvenience for legitimate prospective users, our internal audits and monitoring have identified a concerning trend of fraudulent or exploitative behavior. This abuse includes, but is not limited to, the creation of multiple accounts to circumvent established policies, the submission of misleading information, and attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities for personal gain. Such actions not only undermine the integrity of the system but also consume valuable resources and detract from our ability to provide a fair and efficient experience for all.
This 30-day period will allow our technical and administrative teams to implement enhanced security protocols, review existing safeguards, and develop more robust mechanisms to identify and prevent future instances of misuse. Our primary objective is to protect the integrity of the system and ensure that it remains a reliable and equitable platform for its intended users. We sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to address these critical issues. We anticipate resuming normal operations and access for new applications after this temporary suspension period has concluded, at which point we will be better equipped to serve our community effectively and securely.
