Role Overview: Empowering Immersive Learning with AI

As an AI Engineer Intern at Nudle, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the intelligence and interactivity of our NexEra platform. Your contributions will be integral to the development of the core AI capabilities that power our immersive learning experiences. Specifically, you will be deeply involved in:

• Developing AI-driven Learning Experiences: Designing and implementing intelligent algorithms that adapt to learner progress, provide personalized feedback, and create dynamic, responsive learning pathways within our simulations. This could involve everything from intelligent tutors to adaptive difficulty systems.
• Crafting Sophisticated Role-Play Simulations: Building the AI logic behind believable and engaging non-player characters (NPCs) and virtual scenarios. Your work will enable users to practice critical soft skills, decision-making, and communication in realistic, consequence-rich virtual environments. This involves developing complex behavioral models, natural language processing for interaction, and scenario branching logic.
• Creating Cutting-Edge Generative Tools: Contributing to the development of AI-powered tools that automate and enhance the creation of simulation content, scenarios, and assets. Competitive Compensation: We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent. During your initial contract, you will receive a competitive stipend of R3 500,00 per month, providing financial support as you invest in your professional development and gain invaluable experience.
