- Driving Sales & Maximizing Turnover: Take initiative to identify and capitalize on every opportunity to increase sales and contribute directly to the store’s overall turnover. This includes suggesting add-on items, promoting special offers, upselling premium products, and actively participating in store-wide sales initiatives. Your proactive approach will be crucial in achieving and surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Operational Excellence & Store Presentation:

Seamless Transaction Processing & Customer Service:
- Accurate and Efficient Transaction Management: Expertly process all customer purchases using our point-of-sale (POS) system. This includes accurately receiving, verifying, and processing various payment methods such as cash, credit/debit cards, gift vouchers, coupons, and any other acceptable forms of payment. Attention to detail and speed are crucial for a smooth checkout experience.
- Ensuring Scanned & Paid-For Merchandise: Rigorously ensure that all outgoing stock, items, and/or scripts (if applicable) are correctly scanned and fully paid for before leaving the store. This meticulous process is vital for accurate inventory control and preventing discrepancies.
- Processing Loyalty Programs: Efficiently process all loyalty cards, including those associated with our accelerated partners. Clearly explain the benefits of our loyalty programs to customers, encouraging enrollment and maximizing their rewards.
- Professional Customer Relationship Building: Proactively establish and nurture professional, friendly, and helpful relationships with all customers. Minimum Requirements:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
